What we collect

If you ask for a call back or write to us we keep your name, your mobile number or email, your message, the town or area you typed, the model you chose and the time you agreed to be called. We do not ask for your date of birth.

Why

Only to answer your request. A ROMAI showroom may call you about it.

Location

The site can read your general area from your internet connection to suggest a nearby showroom. If you press the locate button your browser asks first. Either way the location is used once and never stored. The city you choose is kept on your own device.

Counting visits

If you choose Accept in the cookie bar, the site records which pages you open, which links you use, your general area, your device type and how you reached the site, against a random id that lasts for one visit. It does not record your name, your number or your internet address. If you do not accept, none of this is recorded.

Who handles it

Requests are stored in our database and sent to our inbox through an email provider. Questions typed into the site assistant go to an AI provider to get an answer, so please do not type personal details there.

How long

Requests are kept for 12 months and visit records for 13 months, then removed.

Your choice

To have your details removed, email hello@romai.in or call +91 81299 97823.

Children

If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact the showroom.
